The Sport trim positions itself at the intersection of value and capability. This blue hatchback carries a refined 2.0L I4 engine paired with a continuously variable transmission, engineered to deliver 30 mpg in the city and 38 mpg on the highway. The front-wheel-drive system provides confident handling across varied driving conditions, while the four-wheel independent suspension absorbs road imperfections with composure.
Safety is woven throughout this vehicle's design. Dual front and side airbags, knee airbags, and overhead airbags work alongside an integrated security system. Electronic Stability Control and Traction Control actively manage grip, while the Lane Keeping Assist System helps maintain your position on the roadway. The Blind Spot Information System provides awareness of vehicles in your peripheral view, and the rear parking camera assists during reversals.
The cabin balances practicality with thoughtful comfort. Cloth and leatherette seating surfaces are wrapped around front bucket seats with a center armrest, while the split-folding rear seat accommodates passengers or cargo as your needs shift. Automatic climate control maintains your preferred temperature, and steering wheel-mounted audio controls keep your hands on the wheel. HondaLink connectivity keeps you in touch with your vehicle's status and provides emergency support when needed.
Technology integration here feels natural rather than forced. The 180-watt audio system with AM/FM radio offers clear reception, while Apple CarPlay and Android Auto bring your smartphone's apps to the 7-inch touchscreen. Speed-sensing steering adjusts responsiveness based on your driving speed, and the trip computer tracks efficiency metrics to help you understand your car's performance.
Practical details matter in everyday ownership. Power windows, mirrors, and door locks respond to your commands. Heated door mirrors clear winter conditions.

Customer Reviews
Repeat customer. Excellent sales support from Franklin Suriani, who guided me into the perfect new Civic Hybrid.
I have one simple question for part department: What time do I need to call to actually get someone to answer the phone?
How can a company this large not have enough employees to answer customer phone calls? Is it really that difficult to provide even the most basic level of customer service?
The fact that a company of this size cannot manage something as simple as answering the phone speaks volumes about its management, professionalism, and lack of respect for its customers. It gives the impression that cutting costs is more important than providing decent customer service.

I was told today that my appointment would be done in about an hour. I have been here for 2 hours and 40 minutes (and counting) for an oil change and an alignment. Additionally took 15 minutes before I was even greeted by customer service. Poor, poor, poor.
Special thanks to Jarod from the service department for taking care of me with my CRV.
Really really wanted to be team Honda but have had repeatedly poor issues with our 2018 Odyssey that by all accounts should be within warranty yet we continuously have been gouged and raked over the coals for. Going to sell this lemon and move onto another brand that will hopefully treat us better.
