After having a horrific experience at Planet Honda in Golden, dealing with Fisher Honda was a breath of fresh air. I can’t say enough good things about Dennis, who assisted me with the lease buy out of my vehicle. I was in and out within an hour. He was honest and upfront about the process and there were no dealer fees associated with the transaction. We asked for a fill detail- got maybe one Clorox wipe worth of clean up. Dog hair, stains on the leather, etc. not worth your time at all! My Honda Fit recently reached 200k miles and I brought it to Fisher Honda for a major service (engine, clutch, brakes, fluids, alignment etc.). Izayah Ewings and Aiden (mechanic) did a truly outstanding job! It feels like I have a new car now. They also managed to keep the overall repair cost more than 20% below the initial estimate. I have been going to Fisher Honda for years and highly recommend this business.

So unbelievably impressed with Fisher. Everyone was very nice, first of all. But the service team genuinely went above and beyond. I needed a repair done ASAP for a tight roadtrip timeline, and Claire exhausted all of the options and was able to locate a part to get my car back to me in time. They saved my trip, I’m so grateful. I highly recommend, if you have a Honda in the Boulder/Denver area, you make the drive to Fisher for your service.

On the “I’m sad ” side, we did not get a loyalty discount ($900) because we didn’t finance the car through Fisher but paid cash instead. We felt we should have been given the loyalty discount regardless of how we paid for the car. In addition, we bought an extended warranty after being told from Fisher finance that our insurance company would not calibrate a new windshield. Had we checked with our insurance before making this decision, we found out this is not true. Our insurance coverage definitely calibrates a new windshield. Now we have two policies that we’re paying for. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. Just wished we’d pushed back a little bit more with negotiations and details. Thank you Mark!

I went to the Acura dealership wanting to test drive a couple cars in search of the perfect one for me. Although Acura wasn’t the right fit, Franklin Suriani, the salesman that helped me was. He was informative, knowledgeable and had a great low pressure customer service ethic. If it had been the right car, he would have been a pleasure to work with.

I would highly recommend this dealership just on the excellent care from the service manager, Harry, that I received. He really helped answer my questions and resolve my issues in a way that I felt very heard and taken care of. That kind of service is not easy to come by. So because of my experience with Harry, I feel confident recommending this dealership to anyone.

Had a fantastic new lease experience with Selah after working with the sales team over email for an offer on my old CR-V. She was super easy going and great to work with making the trade in a breeze. Really pleased with my new CR-V hybrid vehicle from Fisher.

I had an issue where my vehicle was not ready for emissions testing. The state only told me to “Drive the vehicle” which didn’t work for 2 months and multiple test failures. Until finally Izayah Ewings and his team found the issue and I passed emission testing 10 minutes later. Which the state also told me was not possible. But thankfully to the hard work of finding the issue, I have been able to get my tags. Which is normally an inconvenient process but because of my issues this was a nightmare. Finally I got everything resolved thanks to Izayah.

It was a very good experience. I went twice, first time to inquire and second to test drive and close the deal. Eric was very professional. I expected the normal experience of car buying… equal parts excitement and dread. Fisher didn’t deliver the dread. From the moment I met Jake in the lot as I was peering through the windows of the Passport I drove 45 mins to test drive, I was welcomed, treated with patience and respect, zero pressure and 100% engagement without feeling hurried. Weird to say it, but compared to expectations formed by previous car purchases at other dealerships, I loved the buying experience Jake and Franklin guided us through from credits checks, APRs, down payments, etc. they both made us feel comfortable at the desk as we felt on the test drive. Jake is exceptional at his job and knows more about Honda and Acura than you would expect even from a sales person at a dealer. The Fisher team clearly have a passion for their customers. As Franklin let on, he commutes to Fisher for work as far as we drove to get to Fisher to buy our new whip. Because they are worth it. I’ll be making the trip to Fisher not only for new cars in the future but for maintenance on my Passport and our families Pilot from another dealer as well. The experience is truly worth it.

I had to take my car here for an inspection and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. There service center staff was very professional and had the answers for all of my questions and were very thorough.

I would have preferred to peruse ads that have the full accessory package added. There are a lot of things I must have on a car before considering buying it. Also you might consider having your location, especially state, more prominent since I did not know what state or city you were in. The internet sends this stuff everywhere. Since I live in Pa. I find that the first place I end up looking for a Honda vehicle is Denver.

Mark was extremely patience and kind throughout the entire experience. He helped me understand my options for financing, accessories, and most importantly how to operate all of the fancy bells and whistles. Everyone at the dealership was great. Foremost, from the moment my wife and I walked in, until we left, we felt seen, valued and respected. Selah was our primary salesperson; her kindness, attentiveness and humor made us want to purchase a car from her. Ty was easy to work with, understanding our need for limited LED displays due to sensitivity we have to bright lights. So a new car was out. We ended up with a 10 year old car with lower miles. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the particular car we looked at. (New features of cars are hard for us being older. They are hard to adjust too.) The no haggle 1 price takes away the stress about having to act uninterested in order to get a better price. My mechanic looked at the car before we committed to purchase, and just as Ty assured us, This used car was in pristine condition. Ty then took care of us, getting meetings lined up with finance, and even suggested closing the curtains in the finance office to accommodate our sensitivity to bright lights.
