Mark McVicar was great to work with. Did a great job listening to my concerns and requests when we were discussing a price, and helped us find the right car in the trim and color we wanted without having to wait too long. When there was a minor delay in delivery Mark communicated everything and even added some incentives to make it right. I recently purchased a vehicle from Fisher Acura. It was a great experience! I live out of state so much of my contact was via e-mail, text and phone. My salesman, DJ Hanson, made this process exceptionally easy. When we came to Boulder to accept delivery of my car, DJ was friendly and efficient. Body shops are not created equally, and they are very often a nightmare to deal with. This is thankfully NOT the case at the Collision Center at Fisher Honda, where we had some repairs done after an accident. It was a dream working with Ken (in the office) and Tony (the lead mechanic) for many reasons, but here are my top 5: 1.) I did not have an appointment but they were able to get me in for a A 1 2 service no problem. I had to wait about 1.5 hours but there is a really good taco truck just down the street in the parking lot of the old dinner theater. Went and had a great lunch and a nice little walk. Came in with a flat that ultimately could not have been patched up. They did not have my tire on hand but they ordered it and had it ready to go by the afternoon next day. I was stressed at the time because I was in Boulder but live in Denver. They ubered me back home to Denver without a problem. Appreciate the quick work + communication. Hopefully I will not get a flat again but if so I wouldn’t hesitate going back to Fisher haha.

Phenomenal service. We’re on a road trip across the country, and while near Denver our front disk brake caliber came fully disconnected from the mount—both bolts backed out and were lost. This was just after a complete rotor and caliber swap from my home dealer. I managed to get it road worthy, but wanted to get it checked before we drive any further. I worked with two sales people as I test drove late in the day and purchased a few days later. Both Franklin and Ty were easy to work with and I never felt under any pressure to purchase. The initial offer on my trade in was definately low ball, but I was able to get Fisher to bump it up to something I could work with.
We are from Dallas, but we were on vacation in Boulder today looking at Hondas knowing it was just a “looking” day. When DJ approached us, we told him we were from out of town and wouldn’t be buying a car. Instead of leaving us, he continued to answer all our questions and provided phenomenal service—even when there wasn’t anything in it for him.
