Izayah Ewings and Bob Brotherton went above and beyond for me yesterday. I flew from Atlanta to take care of my sister unexpectedly. Her car needed attention right away, they got it in, gave me a loaner and had it all done in a few hours. They made my life so much easier in a difficult time. I can't thank them enough!

I recently had my car in to Fisher to check on a difficult-to-identify noise. Both my regular service advisor, Aaron, and Harry, the service manager, went above and beyond trying to identify and diagnose the problem and reaching out to me throughout the day to thoughtfully explain what they had checked and what new thread they would pull next. They took time to talk through their theories with me and how past experience with similar problems was guiding their process. Despite being embarrassed that I may have sent them on a wild goose chase, they took my concerns seriously and committed time and knowledge to make sure all relevant systems were working as they should. After all this, a full day of their efforts and the service techs under their guidance, my bill was $0. I can't express enough my gratitude at their expertise and patience. The service team at Fisher Honda is among the best I've ever worked with in 30+ years of owning cars across many different makes and models.
We ended up with a different vehicle but it wasnβt because of the Dealership. The staff was so courteous and attentive from go. Itβs not often youβre really heard but the Fisher staff does it right. Thanks for being genuine; we need more people like this.

My husband and I purchased a 2024 Honda Pilot from Fisher Honda in late January. Our salesperson, Dennis Olmsted, was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful during the process. He was pleasant to work with, and we never felt like we were being pressured throughout the entire experience. We also had a good experience with the Finance Manager, Ron Samoray. This is our second auto purchase from Fisher, and we already know the Service Department does excellent work. We would not hesitate engage with Dennis and Ron again and will recommend Fisher Honda to all our friends.

I normally donβt take the time to leave reviews, but I wanted to share a quick comment about my salesperson, Ty, at Honda. Iβm currently looking for a new car, and he was incredibly attentive to what I wanted, providing helpful information and options while following up almost immediately. As a first-time buyer, Iβve visited other dealerships where I felt pressured and rushed, but Ty made the experience much more comfortable with his excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I didnβt find the right car this time, but Ty was fantastic, and I 100% recommend him!
This was actually the sale of my car to the dealership. I used AutoTrader to get an Instant Quote on my 2020 Mazda3 and Jules from Fisher was one of the first responses I got. I was able to get to the dealership the same day and they quickly evaluated my car, made me a great offer, accepted my nominal counter, and boom within about 20 minutes the paperwork was done and my car was sold. Jules was also super friendly (as was everyone there) and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. They were extremely straightforward and transparent. Thank you Jules for making this sale super easy and even kinda fun.
I purchased a certified 2023 Honda Ridgeline from Fisher Honda. Unfortunately, it was not known that the touchscreen became damaged before delivery. My salesman Mark, Used vehicle manager Nate and finance manager Neil came to my rescue. They located another Ridgeline that was exactly the same model and color with even less miles and offered to let me take that one instead. Not only did I get a vehicle with less than 1000 miles on it for almost $10,000 less than a new one, but found a dealer that really cares about their customers. Highly recommended!
Love our cars and the deals we got on them! 3.49% on a hardly used (30miles) 2024 accord. Canβt go wrong with a Honda not to mention a family owned and operated business. They had a little kids room for my daughter to hangout in, love that. Everyone was super nice and genuine with is rare for a dealership. 10/10
I have been a loyal Honda customer since we purchased our vehicle from the dealership in 2019. While I understand that service can sometimes be slow or appointments can be hard to schedule, we have always been patient. However, my experience today left me extremely disappointed. I had an appointment to address an issue with my Honda HR-Vβs system. Previously, I was informed that there was an issue with the vehicle, and I needed to schedule an appointment to have it recorded. It took quite a while to secure this appointment, but at no point was I informed of any special requirements. When I arrived for my scheduled service today, I was asked, βIs your fuel tank less than half full?β Confused, I questioned whether the fuel level had any relevance to the system issue. The service staff explained that the fuel tank needed to be below half-full for them to proceed with the repair. I was shocked because the staff who scheduled my appointment never mentioned this requirement. Despite this, all I received was an apology, and they rescheduled my appointment for mid-March, claiming there were no earlier slots available. I find this incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Simply because my fuel tank was full, they refused to perform the service and pushed my appointment weeks later. My time is valuable, and I cannot afford to keep coming back due to their lack of clear communication. This is highly disappointing, and I expected better from Honda.
Best experience Iβve had at dealership. Walked in and was able to test drive with no issues. Both Mark the salesman and Ron the service manager were great to deal with. All pricing was upfront with no additional charges. They also offer a service agreement for a fair price, even on a higher mile vehicle.
