Great experience buying a car from Dennis Olmsted at Fisher. Having purchased a CRV in 2009 from Dennis, we asked for him when we decided to finally replace our oldest car, a 2000 Honda Accord. Dennis made finding the right vehicle the best experience we could have had. Dennis is easy going, professional, knowledgable and thorough. While we were waiting for Dennis to bring a Hybrid CRV to test drive, Craig Fisher stopped and chatted with us. It is obvious that he takes a great deal of pride in his business and relationship with customers. We had similar good impressions of each Fisher employee that helped us during this purchase, including Doc O’Connor and Neil Geist. After the sale, Dennis sat in the car with us to explain all the features and functions of the 2025 Hybrid CRV in great detail. We were very appreciative of his time and patience because coming from 2000 Honda to the new CRV was mind blowing! Dennis even paired our iPhones, got my driver #1 adjustments set up and programmed in several radio stations. Buying a car from Dennis was a great experience, we highly recommend him and Fisher Honda.

After an accident which totaled my car, I was feeling a little disillusioned and discouraged. I went to Fisher Honda to talk about some financial matters and Doc, the young fella at the reception spent some time to explain what I should do about getting a new vehicle. Then, Mark, the fabulous sales expeditor helped me and patiently waited for the insurance claims process. Finally, I got a good deal on a new car and I’m super happy with the service at Fisher Honda. This was my second time visiting Fisher Honda Service Department. Both times I was very happy with the communication setting up the appointment, and during the service itself. Very friendly and professional staff. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with areas to do work on my laptop. My car, (very dirty from the last snowfall) was returned clean. I’ve been taking our Hondas to Fisher for about a year now, since moving to the area, and really appreciate the way this place treats and communicates with its customers. This morning I went in for what I thought would be a needed repair on the Civic, and Greg immediately said he suspected he knew what was wrong and that we’d fix it in a minute. And that was it - I was out of there in a few minutes. And on top of that, I like knowing that I’m doing business with a locally owned family dealership. The people who work there seem to be really good people, and I appreciate that.

No specifics necessary—suffice to say that I am grateful for Harry’s kindness, and it was fun to watch the Saturday crew as they interacted with customers in an amazingly kind, patient, and professional manner. Mark McVicar was great to work with. Did a great job listening to my concerns and requests when we were discussing a price, and helped us find the right car in the trim and color we wanted without having to wait too long. When there was a minor delay in delivery Mark communicated everything and even added some incentives to make it right. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes. Thanks Mark!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Fisher Acura. It was a great experience! I live out of state so much of my contact was via e-mail, text and phone. My salesman, DJ Hanson, made this process exceptionally easy. When we came to Boulder to accept delivery of my car, DJ was friendly and efficient.
