Harry in service was incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure that me and my car were taken care of.
Overall generally pleased with our experience buying a new CRV. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and trim options. They also responded quickly to online inquiries. The reason for losing a star comes down to just how long it took to get paperwork completed and out the door. Despite coming in the day prior and spending 2 hours to get our trade in appraised and financing paperwork 95% completed it still took another 2 hours the next day to get out the door. This was especially frustrating as we showed up right at 9am when they opened. Seems like they could use more finance people to help get people out the door quicker, I can’t imagine how long it would take if you showed up later in the day.
I went to the Acura dealership wanting to test drive a couple cars in search of the perfect one for me. Although Acura wasn’t the right fit, Franklin Suriani, the salesman that helped me was. He was informative, knowledgeable and had a great low pressure customer service ethic. If it had been the right car, he would have been a pleasure to work with.
I would highly recommend this dealership just on the excellent care from the service manager, Harry, that I received. He really helped answer my questions and resolve my issues in a way that I felt very heard and taken care of. That kind of service is not easy to come by. So because of my experience with Harry, I feel confident recommending this dealership to anyone.

Had a fantastic new lease experience with Selah after working with the sales team over email for an offer on my old CR-V. She was super easy going and great to work with making the trade in a breeze. Really pleased with my new CR-V hybrid vehicle from Fisher.
I had an issue where my vehicle was not ready for emissions testing. The state only told me to “Drive the vehicle” which didn’t work for 2 months and multiple test failures. Until finally Izayah Ewings and his team found the issue and I passed emission testing 10 minutes later. Which the state also told me was not possible. But thankfully to the hard work of finding the issue, I have been able to get my tags. Which is normally an inconvenient process but because of my issues this was a nightmare. Finally I got everything resolved thanks to Izayah.
It was a very good experience. I went twice, first time to inquire and second to test drive and close the deal. Eric was very professional. I had my eye on a ‘26 Passport at Fisher for a bit before getting there to test drive. Right color, right trim level, certified used. It was what I was looking for. I expected the normal experience of car buying… equal parts excitement and dread. Fisher didn’t deliver the dread. No pressure, no “talk to my manager”, no upsell or making me feel less than valuable. From the moment I met Jake in the lot as I was peering through the windows of the Passport I drove 45 mins to test drive, I was welcomed, treated with patience and respect, zero pressure and 100% engagement without feeling hurried. Weird to say it, but compared to expectations formed by previous car purchases at other dealerships, I loved the buying experience Jake and Franklin guided us through from credits checks, APRs, down payments, etc. they both made us feel comfortable at the desk as we felt on the test drive. Jake is exceptional at his job and knows more about Honda and Acura than you would expect even from a sales person at a dealer. The Fisher team clearly have a passion for their customers. As Franklin let on, he commutes to Fisher for work as far as we drove to get to Fisher to buy our new whip. Because they are worth it. I’ll be making the trip to Fisher not only for new cars in the future but for maintenance on my Passport and our families Pilot from another dealer as well. The experience is truly worth it.
