I have one simple question for part department: What time do I need to call to actually get someone to answer the phone?
How can a company this large not have enough employees to answer customer phone calls? Is it really that difficult to provide even the most basic level of customer service?
The fact that a company of this size cannot manage something as simple as answering the phone speaks volumes about its management, professionalism, and lack of respect for its customers. It gives the impression that cutting costs is more important than providing decent customer service.

I was told today that my appointment would be done in about an hour. I have been here for 2 hours and 40 minutes (and counting) for an oil change and an alignment. Additionally took 15 minutes before I was even greeted by customer service. Poor, poor, poor.
