Craig Fisher’s Return to Television
Fisher Auto’s Opportunity on Television
Fisher Auto has been a part of the local television advertising scene in Boulder for decades. Craig reflected that ,”Even though we haven’t been on TV for 4 years, I don’t think a week goes by here where I don’t hear 3 or 4 people tell me that they see me on TV.” This shows his presence has some staying power in the market and shows television to be a natural fit for Craig and Fisher Auto although the marketing landscape has been rapidly changing over the last few years. It’s been a process of experimentation for the marketing of his dealership but it’s now time for Craig’s return to TV!
Craig recently filmed a series of new commercials right here at the dealership to start airing in the very near future. Given the impact his presence on TV has already had with our customer base, it’s prime time to re-emerge on the television advertising scene and affirm the our customer’s expectation to see him regularly while they are watching their choice programming.
Fisher Honda Kia’s Focus on Customer Service
Craig looks at television commercials as a prime opportunity to appeal to the community on a more personal level and openly display our relaxed business philosophy. Craig said, “people like to do business with someone they’re familiar with… it’s all about relationships.” Owning a car is a long term purchase and Fisher Auto focuses not only on providing a great car buying experience but also on the relationship throughout the life of the car. People want to know that they can trust who is servicing their car, that’s why Craig personally introduces himself to people in the showroom. The relationship is only strengthened by his presence on television and a strong relationship builds more trust and a more healthy relationship. Here are some of Craig’s thoughts about the ad and what he wants the ad to convey to our community:
“That’s what we try to communicate with this, cars are not like blenders and flat screen TVs, they’re complicated pieces of machinery. Yes, a low price is a good deal, but you also want to know who you’re buying your car from and who’s going to take care of it so you can keep it a long time. That’s what you want when you’re buying a car, peace of mind about who you’re buying it from.”
