This study has been a 25-year tradition by J.D. Power and Associates, and is conducted among drivers over the first 90 days in which they own their vehicles. Seven Honda vehicles were recognized in the study: the Crosstour, Ridgeline, Fit, Element, Insight, Civic and Accord. This is the most recognition the automaker has received in one year in the study, and Honda is also among two automakers to earn the Premium Plant Quality Award, indicating the excellence of Honda’s manufacturing facilities. That’s not all, though; the manufacturing location of the VR-V, Crosstour, Ridgeline and Element earned the Bronze Plant Quality Award for the Americas while the facility that manufacturers the Insight and Civic received the Silver Plant Quality Award.
