2015 Honda Fit named Second Best Car for City Living by CNBC

The Honda Fit was named as one of the best cars for city living by CNBC.

In a recent list of the 10 best cars for city living, CNBC named the 2015 Honda Fit as the second best, behind the 2014 Kia Soul. The 2015 Honda Fit was named for its roomy cabin, but also for its compactness. The 2015 Honda Fit is the most fuel-efficient Fit, with a 41-mpg* highway rating for the LX model. To make the most of the fuel economy, the 2015 Honda Fit manual transmission has an added sixth gear in the LX and EX models.

The car seats five with the ability to fold down the rear seats for 52.7 cubic feet of space, which drivers can easily fit their bike. This features makes the Fit one of the best cars for city living! In terms of safety, the IIHS named the Honda Fit as one of the top safety picks for 2014. The 2015 model comes standard with dual-stage, multiple-threshold front airbags (SRS); SmartVent front-side airbags, and side curtain airbags with rollover sensor. The SRS airbags inflate at different rates, which is dependent on crash severity to lessen the “likelihood of head and upper body injuries in frontal crashes,” according to Honda. Seat belts have an automatic tensioning system.

All 2015 Honda Fit models come standard with rearview cameras, daytime running lights, tire pressure monitoring system, and Vehicle Stability Assist with Traction Control.
