Despite coming in the day prior and spending 2 hours to get our trade in appraised and financing paperwork 95% completed it still took another 2 hours the next day to get out the door. He was informative, knowledgeable and had a great low pressure customer service ethic. If it had been the right car, he would have been a pleasure to work with.
