“I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from your dealership on August 20, 2013. On September 13, a man backed into my car, damaging the rear door on the driver’s side. Your bodyshop assessed it on September 20. I was told that the earliest it could be repaired was the week of October 14. A week after my accident a friend’s car (used Suburu Forester) was hit. She brought her car into your bodyshop and was told that it could be repaired the week of October 7. Apparently, because you have a contract with Progressive, they are given priority. I was fine with my date thinking it was first-come, first-served but this news didn’t sit well with me given that I had just bought a new car from your dealership. Nevertheless, I want to underscore that the work itself was excellent and Linda was very nice.”
