I recently had my car in to Fisher to check on a difficult-to-identify noise. Both my regular service advisor, Aaron, and Harry, the service manager, went above and beyond trying to identify and diagnose the problem and reaching out to me throughout the day to thoughtfully explain what they had checked and what new thread they would pull next. Iβm currently looking for a new car, and he was incredibly attentive to what I wanted, providing helpful information and options while following up almost immediately. As a first-time buyer, Iβve visited other dealerships where I felt pressured and rushed, but Ty made the experience much more comfortable with his excellent customer service. This was actually the sale of my car to the dealership. I used AutoTrader to get an Instant Quote on my 2020 Mazda3 and Jules from Fisher was one of the first responses I got. I was able to get to the dealership the same day and they quickly evaluated my car, made me a great offer, accepted my nominal counter, and boom within about 20 minutes the paperwork was done and my car was sold. I purchased a certified 2023 Honda Ridgeline from Fisher Honda. Unfortunately, it was not known that the touchscreen became damaged before delivery. My salesman Mark, Used vehicle manager Nate and finance manager Neil came to my rescue. They located another Ridgeline that was exactly the same model and color with even less miles and offered to let me take that one instead. Not only did I get a vehicle with less than 1000 miles on it for almost $10,000 less than a new one, but found a dealer that really cares about their customers. Highly recommended!

The sales people I dealt with (Mark and Doc) were great. Moved through the process and no pressure. Good guys. The dealership itself stacked unwanted options, which seems to be the norm nowadays, like ceramic coating, anti-theft options, etc. Plus, you will be in the signing for at least an hour while they do their best to shove after market crap down your throat. Honestly, this is one of the best Hondas I've encountered in a long time. Their scheduling is perfect, and they can even let you know if they have loaner vehicles available. They also have a great deal for oil changes. The waiting area is nice and clean, and they offer a snack machine along with complimentary coffee and tea while you wait. I brought it in for a timing belt service which cost a bit over $1600, and the staff graciously provided for my Uber rides to and from my home. Really appreciated that. I just had my first oil change and tire rotation at Fisher Honda after getting a new Civic in January. Greg was so friendly and helpful and explained the service pass to me very thoroughly. Their waiting room is extremely nice and great for working while waiting for the car to be finished. Wonderful service and wonderful staff all around.

Phenomenal service. Weβre on a road trip across the country, and while near Denver our front disk brake caliber came fully disconnected from the mountβboth bolts backed out and were lost.
