Overall generally pleased with our experience buying a new CRV. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and trim options. They also responded quickly to online inquiries.
The reason for losing a star comes down to just how long it took to get paperwork completed and out the door. Despite coming in the day prior and spending 2 hours to get our trade in appraised and financing paperwork 95% completed it still took another 2 hours the next day to get out the door.
