Alternate Transportation Update

IMPORTANT – Fisher Honda Service Changes Coming Soon

To Our Loyal Customers,

First, we want to say thank you for your customer service loyalty and that we very much appreciate you choosing Fisher Honda.

We want to inform you of an upcoming change in our service transportation options – effective November 18th, 2024, We will no longer be participating in covering Uber and Lyft expenses for our service customers.

Instead, we’re excited to share that we are reinvesting these funds to expand and enhance our loaner car fleet, providing an even more convenient and seamless service experience for you. Our expanded loaner fleet will allow us to offer a greater selection of Honda vehicles, minimizing wait times and ensuring you have a reliable option for your transportation needs while your vehicle is being serviced.

The following alternate options are available:

  1. Take advantage of one of our many Honda Loaner Fleet vehicles (must be reserved in advance when making an appointment)
  2. Many workstations with available FREE Wi-Fi & Custom Hot Cafe drinks (suggested for repairs that require less than 3 hours to perform)
  3. Finding alternate ways for you to drop off vehicle with the help of friends and family and of course, to personally pay for Uber/Lyft (repairs requiring more than 3 hours to perform).

We understand that the third bullet item will be something new for our customers, but trust that you understand why we need to make this adjustment and can appreciate our efforts to keep costs as low as possible to extend to you.
