Responsibilities:
- Set appointments with our customers to possibly trade earlier
- Set appointments for the sale of Vehicle Service Contracts
- Meet with our customers in the service drive
- Arrange the purchase of a client’s current vehicle for our pre-owned operation
- Retain the unexpected customers that we haven’t seen since they initially purchased from us
- Save our CSI standings by contacting those customers with pending mileage penalties
- More responsibilities may be added
Professional scripts AND training are provided to guarantee your success.
Requirements:
- High energy
- Call volume experience preferred
- Script calling experience preferred
- A teachable attitude
- Basic computer/typing skills required
- Enjoys talking on the phone.
- Self Motivated, positive attitude and mature individual.
- Possess advanced verbal and listening skills.
- Has an average working knowledge of EXCEL and Data entry.
- Adaptable to proven processes.
- Energetic with a desire to learn and succeed.
