2014 Honda Ridgeline vs 2014 Nissan Frontier
The 2014 Nissan Frontier is a Popular Midsize Truck in the Boulder Area
There are many pickup choices out there today for Boulder drivers to choose from, but the 2014 Nissan Frontier stands out for its ability to take care of small to medium-size loads while remaining reasonably affordable, comfortable, and convenient. The new Nissan Frontier includes:
- Competitive V6 engine
- Selectable four-wheel-drive
- Standard rearview camera
With everything the 2014 Nissan Frontier has to offer, it may come as a surprise to some shoppers that the 2014 Honda Ridgeline actually outperforms the Frontier in a number of the categories that matter most. While these trucks offer similar power from their V6 engines, the Ridgeline steps it up in terms of suspension, brakes, features, and space.
Both the 2014 Honda Ridgeline and the 2014 Nissan Frontier come standard with steering wheel mounted audio and cruise controls, a rearview camera, and power windows, doors, and locks. Still, the Ridgeline outshines the competition with standard manual air conditioning and a sliding electric power rear window, neither of which are available on the Frontier.
Also, while both of these trucks come standard with an AM/FM stereo with a CD player and MP3 player, only the Ridgeline comes standard with a stereo anti-theft system. The Frontier doesn’t even have an available stereo anti-theft system.
